Faulty repair

I took my laptop in for a keyboard repair and ended up with a no battery detected and my mouse goes all on crazy on me when it is touched. I phoned them and they made so many promises, only for a manger to be extremely rude and tell me that's the terms and conditions and nothing else.. When asked for someone higher than her she rep**** saying the owner is out of the country.... So I am not sure where to from the manager cause I can't even complaint about her behaviour to anyone
