Fantastic service

I had a great experience. Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. They diagnosed and replaced the problematic part of my laptop while I finished my grocery shop and before the other provider I’d phoned that morning even got back to me. I’m incredibly happy with their service.
