Worst courier service ever. Don't use then.

Asendia is the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. The staff are incompetence can't give you answers to you lost package, close inquiries with out notifying the client. Promising email comunication on lost package and what they have done to find it, Promising Refunds. How this company stays in business is beyond me. They don't deserve the one star I gave them.
