Very slow service by Asendia Global and its local partner, DPD Laser

I have been a loyal Shein customer for five years and have never had a single issue , until now. Previously, my orders were reliably shipped via Buffalo Courier and arrived in a timely manner. However, my most recent order was handed over to Asendia, and upon arriving in South Africa, it was transferred to DPD Laser.

This has been the most appalling courier service I have ever encountered. The delivery time has effectively doubled, if not tripled, compared to the usual 7-8 days timeframe. This level of delay is completely unacceptable and has turned a previously smooth experience into a frustrating nightmare.

When my order arrived in the country, I tried reaching DPD Laser and I could not reach them the whole day.
