Terrible Service — My Parcel Is Not Being Delivered

I am very disappointed with this courier company. They were supposed to deliver my Shein parcel, but every time they mark the delivery as “failed” even though they never come to my address. They don’t call, they don’t message, and they never attempt to deliver, yet they report that they tried.

This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I provided the correct address, I was available, and there was no delivery attempt at all.

I expect real delivery attempts, proper communication, and for my parcel to be delivered as promised. This level of service is not acceptable.
