Ref but no service or comeback. DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have phoned and emailed. My over R1000 TEMU package has been lost or posted to the wrong address. I even got a Ref no. Over and over no reply. This has been going on for over a month as stuff in it was going overseas with me and I had no time to sort out again until I had returned

Disgusting service. I wouldn't even give 1 star
