Poor, inconsiderate service from Asendia and Nomcebo from their cutomercare

My percel from shein was supposed to be delivered latest 16december. Today is the 19the still not received. I called asendia this morning around 7.45am and spoke to a Nomcebo who was yelling at me throughout the call. She kept asking me what must she do. I asked her for the drivers number so i can meeting him half way because my parcel was supposed to be delivered at the office i work , we have been closed since Monday. I waited for them outside the office till 6.30pm yesterday. Nomcebo show no compassion nor helpfulness and she did care. I would never recommend asendia and it poor customer care
