PATHETIC SERVICE ASENDIA

I had a parcel sent to me from Temu. Temu updated me the whole time. I was assured that I will recive the parcel on 6th June 2025 but only at 9pm I received a notification that "they could not deliver because apparently, my details were incorrect. That is ******* my details have not changed at all since I started ordering from Temu. The driver could have contacted the company and let them the status. Apparently they tried to deliver at 13:53 and "could not get hold of me". On Saturday when I phoned I was assured by Megan and Naosi that my package will be delivered on Monday 9th June 2025. Megan said she will send an eamail & phone the Pta branch and that they would answer within 30 minutes, this did not happen. I once again waiting at home for the package but no one arrived. I phoned today, spoke to Manko who assured me the package is going to be deliverd today 10 June 2025. The service is pathetic and I will request Temu no to use this company again. I will be taking this matter as far as I can go.
