Extremely Poor Delivery Service – Parcel Still “In Transit”

I am very disappointed with the service from Asendia. I have been waiting for my SHEIN parcel for over 10 days, and the tracking has been stuck on “being sent” with no updates. It even shows that the parcel’s whereabouts are unknown and it is abnormal.

There is absolutely no communication or clarity from Asendia about where my parcel is, when it will arrive, or whether it is even still in the country. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers have paid for their orders and trust the courier to deliver on time.

I hope Asendia can urgently resolve this issue, provide proper tracking updates, and improve their communication with customers. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
