Bad service

Hi, Am very disappointed with the service that i got from one of your drivers by the name of Lutendo Mayange. He was very rude he was shouting after i reprimanded him and told him that he needs customer service training he said fuseg. How does a big logistic company like this employ such drivers who do nt even know how to talk to client's. That is the worse service i have received in my life
