Asendia Poor Service and 3 Week Delayed Delivery

I ordered a package where Asendia is the delivery company, I have been waiting 3 weeks gor my package. Haven't received it yet. It is a mess to get hold of this people and calls don't relate with each other, every one telling a different story. Yesterday, they confirmed that they will contact me to confirm what is in the package, today they say the package is damaged amd have to confirm with company the package is coming from. Very poor and delayed service. I won't recommend this company at all.
