Asendia - chaos logistics (Dpd logistics)

I wish I could rate this company a minus 5 stars as a review. I ordered off of SHEIN and they were the assigned couriers. My parcel had been delivered to their facility in JHB on the 3rd of December 2025. By the 15th of December 2025 I called them asking where my parcel was as I received zero communication from them where they kept saying that it is on route to DBN. I received this feedback for 4 days straight. I received a call from the Bulk operations manager on the 18th of December 2025 to confirm that I received my parcel where I told him that I hadn’t. It has been a constant back and fourth were I’m having to call them everyday for an update. They provide zero communication and feedback. On the 24th of December 2025 I received a call from the ops manager which I had on speaker with my wife where he stating that he found my parcel and that it was badly damaged to which 3 of my items were lost. This ops manager assured me the rest of my package will be expressed shipped to me for the 24th of December 2025 and that he would look for the lost 3 items and low and behold today I call on the 29th of December 2025 following up on my 3 items and he has changed his tune. So who exactly will be replacing those 3 items? Me the customer that isn’t in the wrong? Why won’t the people who made the mistake take accountability ? Truly a useless company that should be removed off the panel for SHEIN, Temu you name it. This company should not be in logistics
