Excellent Service

I recently bought products online from Ascot Direct. The day after I ordered the products, I was advised telephonically that one of the products was not available and giving me the option of a refund or waiting for stock to be delivered. I chose the latter option. I received the products that were available the day after the call. A a few days later I received a call saying that the outstanding product had been received and was being shipped to me. I received that product the following day.
