Inappropriate Behaviour

I have not received a response.<br> Clinique Lipstick No46 mandarin <br> I would like to raise my concerns with regards to the abovementioned product of yours that I purchased at Ascot Cosmetics Turfontein 2 months ago.<br> I noticed that the lipstick texture was not the same as the tester when I got home but I thought maybe its bcs it was still new and that it might change. A week after that my husband bought me 51 matte plum so that I could test whether I would experience the same problem. To my surprise the 2nd one is perfect.<br> <br> Today I went to Ascot and raise the issue and also wanted them to test it so that they can see what I was talking about. I tested it i front of them and they told me that it's the reason. That it applies unevenly is bcs of the shade of my lips, I'm not sure what the meant about that. I then informed them actually I saw it from one of their ladies whom is my shade and I request to use their tester and the results were perfect and while applying the tester she told me not to buy your orange lipstick. What upsets me the most is being asked how do I apply my lipstick. When I asked what that means I didn't get an answer instead told me they wouldn't be able to assist
