Bad courier service

I’m extremely disappointed. with the courier service Ascot Cosmetic is using. On Thursday 28 April 2022 I got a call in the morning the person told me my delivery will be done the following day Friday 29 April 2022. To this second the goods have not been delivered and nobody has called me again. This is the second time this incident is happening to me, the first time I had to drive and collect the parcel myself from the courier’s office. This is the last time I’m purchasing anything from Ascot Cosmetic and I will write on the reviews of my dissatisfaction.
