Brilliant service from Sue at Ascot Cosmetics. An incorrect face cream was inadvertently sent to me in December. Ascot was very quick to respond to my complaint and extremely accommodating in correctng the order. Ascot's handling of the complaint was effective and efficient. Exactly the way I'd like to have all complaints regarding online orders handled.
