BAD SERVICE/DUBIUS SERVICE

Good Day<br> <br> I would like to complain about the company name Ascent Debt Management residing offices in Pretoria,contact no *** .I have app**** at this company to manage all my debts in 2014.12.12,and paid first installment on the 13.12.2015.I am told that they will debit two payments for their administration and the third one they will start paying all my creditors.The Ascent Management is currently debiting the amount of R4900 every 15th of the month,but do not get any joy from them. <br> <br> According to records of one of the creditors,they (Ascent debt management)started making payments on the 13.04.2015.I just want to know what exactly happed with other installments.I was the one who was doing the investigations since they were delaying the process . I have a bad feeling with regards to this.Please assist on this matter.The fourth installment was made 15.04.2015. no payments received as they promisedMy creditors still calling me.pls investigate this matter<br> <br> Thank you
