Very upset & unhappy customer

I am so upset that I didn't read the reviews before putting in my order. I have ordered a freezer on 28 November 2024 with confirmation of delivery on 6 December 2024. The delivery never came. Asked for a refund. Still waiting on the refund. They don't answer any calls or mails and when you send communication via their chat option they just ignore you. Their service are non existing. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. I would have loved to received the freezer. If only they could communicate and confirm a true delivery date then I would not have been so upset. Even if they just confirmed that delivery will only be made in 2 weeks time I would have been ok but now they just ignore you.
