Questioning the legitimacy of this business!?

I ordered a Samsung top loader washing machine... Courier detail was online only, stating they use Courier direct, which I have never heard of. Communication was really bad, I have been phoning without any luck, the lines are messed up, it gives you 3 options and then cuts the line under a minute. Once a case for refund from my bank was opened and the details shared with them on email (where I have sent numerous emails for answers, Facebook and calls) they suddenly responded and made an immediate refund into my account. They told me they are cancelling my order due to malicious behaviour from my side. The only explanation they gave me that the slow response was due to a backlog on blackfriday specials. Yes they are registered with CIPC, but that isn't helping much. No transparency with customers, no information on why the courier is not delivering on said date, no responses whatsoever, what are you suppose to think? And they treat you like you are the one being unreasonable, we live in a time where ***** is a reality, they have no trust rating whatsoever and the way they treat customers who pay them for a service is despicable, not really building a good name for themselves.
