Poor communication and delayed delivery

I purchased a top loader on November 29, 2024, and received a confirmation text on December 2 stating it would be delivered on December 6. However, the delivery didn't happen, and I haven't received any updates or explanations.

The lack of communication and professionalism is disappointing, and I regret not choosing a trusted and reputable company.
