Bad Service Delivery

I bought a 85" TV on the 28th of November 2024, Delivery was confirmed to be 6th December between 11am and 14:00, nothing was delivered, i phoned no answer. I sent a chat, i was responded to 6 hours later, they said my delivery is coming on the 11th, nothing was delivered. They claim to have logistics issue, i requested a refund same day, i was told my refund was approved, but there is no one giving me an update if my refund was processed. When i follow up again now, they say they will check my order and revert back to me. ***. Communication is soo bad.
