Bad service

They have an affordable product but their services is cheap also .They're bad in communication .You can try their chat box or try to call them you won't win.Bought a a top loader washing machine in November today it's almost 13 days without knowing where are my products the days they promises to deliver you will wait and wait they won't come .This is pathetic
