Ascension Online Store S.A. - No client service whatsoever! Stay away.

They have very nice products but absolutely no client service!! Ordered and paid for a reputable chest freezer from them by end of Nov 2024. More than two weeks later there is still no delivery of the product, not even an email or WA confirmation of the order although my bank confirms payment was successful to the correct bank account of Ascension and my personal info was provided correctly. After three online enquiries on their official online site and two further email enquiries to their publicized official email address (***ne) - still no reply whatsoever. Just total ignorance. I therefor suggest - stay away from this crowd / shop.
