Bad quality and service

The quality of the clothes is bad, shein is even better. For the price of R1550 I expected a premium item but what got was an item without a manufacturer tag only the size and name. It doesn’t mention the materials used, washing instructions. When I texted them on whatsapp they told me to wash it by hand 🤣 the guy was very rude. Even the packaging was awful.
