AsbesAway: Unprofessional billing and zero project management
I would not recommend using this company. Despite a full project plan being discussed upfront and a formal quotation being approved, they attempted to add "extra labour charges" to the final invoice without any prior approval or written confirmation of costs. Their professional conduct throughout was incredibly poor. I had to constantly follow up just to receive the initial quote, and then repeatedly chase them to schedule a start date and confirm when their team would actually pitch up. They were fully aware of the work sequence from day one (specifically that they had to return once the fascia painting was completed), yet they used this as an opportunity to try and force additional unauthorized fees out of a client after the fact to cover their own logistical failures. Their communication regarding pricing and scheduling is non-existent, and their attempt to unilaterally change a binding, approved quote is both ********* and unprofessional. If you value transparency, reliability, and integrity, I suggest you look elsewhere.
