Asars won't respond, or can do something as simple as sending an invoice

Completely unprofessional. Billed the street group for two years for security cameras that did not actually exist, and it is impossible to get statements out of them for tax purposes. Riefiek, the owner admitted that they do not have, and never had statements or invoices. The signed contracts with debit orders also mysteriously disappeared. Rafiek screamed at me on the phone, when I called for the 7th time about the missing invoices/statements. While we were signed up with them, they literally never responded to a panic button either, and when called to come see if the responder in the ceiling is working, they left that open, hard drive and wires exposed. A Terrible company with non existent customer service, and an aggressive owner.
