Worst experience of my life
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT by Management staff. After phoning three times this past week and confirming that we would be allowed to take some photo's on the estate and visit Sansibar before a Formal dance on Saturday, we were chased away like dogs, without any proper explanation !! Clearly the estate is poorly managed and there is miscommunication between staff, but don't make your problem ours! We had to pay a photographer and everything was already arranged, just to find out that Asara changed their mind and we weren't welcome anymore. This was a waste of money. It was clear that they discriminate against students, which is unacceptable. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
Dear Ms Swanepoel, we do welcome students to visit Sansibar for a drink and to take photos before their dance, but unfortunately on Saturday evening there was a disagreement regarding where some of our student visitors had parked to take their pics. We are looking into the incident in question, and reviewing how to handle such situations better in future. We do regret the incident and are sorry that you were inconvenienced.
