Horrible service consistently!

On our final visit to the wine estate, we were greeted by...no-one. Merely blank stares as we walked our way to the terrace. Upon attempting to take a seat, the chair was rather aggressively pulled from my hands and we were advised that the table was reserved, even though there was no 'Reserved' sign on it. What followed was just a slow-paced dreary delivery of 'service' without any smiles or much communication apart from advising us what not to do. What would have been a drink and light lunch turned into a drink only. As we left, the same blank stares saw us on our way without an utterance of anything!

The scenery may be beautiful, thank nature for that. The service is terrible and I suggest many of the other wine farms in the area with equally gorgeous views and staff who actually want you there.

Ps, I had tried to communicate directly with the estate before posting this review but my emails went unanswered. The two stars are awarded for the two drinks we had, that's all they got right.
