Property agents night mare

This agents are a real might mare to work with. They have been in charge of our property for a year no and or water acc has never been paid our damages has never been fixed. And to make it worse Ammie one of the owners never bothers to help or meet me half way. As i speak i have a 12month water bill on my hands don't even think they will pay
