ASAP properties removed my pet from Estate

Someone in my estate complained to their rental agent (Ammie Aspelling from ASAP properties) that my cat has entered their house and they are scared of the cat. That Rental agent then came and entrapped my cat and removed him from the estate knowing that it was my cat. Now when contacting the rental agent she said she gave it to her brother who gave my cat to a breeder, but wouldnt give us any details. When contacting her brother he said he took the cat to an animal rescue center and someone has already taken the cat from the shelter, but wont provide us with the shelters name. However this must be a lie, since my cat is micro chipped and the shelter would have scanned the cat and contacted me. I am so frustrated because the rental agent is dodging our calls and instructed us to speak to their lawyers who are not answering their phones. In my opinion this is blatant theft. I feel unsafe regarding my pets with this rental agency around!
