The owner of this is withholding a deposit paid by the tenant even though he no longer manages the property and the refunds he needs to pay over to me as he never paid the municipality. He had been promising to pay every time I called, even after he made an arrangement to pay it over 6 months. Now he doesn't respond to emails and does not pick up my phone calls. Disappointing considering one claims to be a real estate business person, Mkhululi Mazibuko is the owner of this company and his office claims that he is the only person handling money, they do not have control over anything regarding receiving or making payments, they just handle the paper work.
