ASAPMEDI SUCK

I actually have a complaint. My spouse declined and cancelled her policy as we have suffered a financial setback (I am not working so there is not enough of an income to carry on woth the policy).

Now every month she has to call the bank to reverse the payment. First of all it was cancelled, secondly for every reversal there are charges, thirdly if this amount goes through it has reproductions on the rest of our credit rating - other more pressing debit orders get rd's.

We are at our witts end and if this review does not get their attention ntiin then maybe the financial ombutsman and the NCR will get a heads up from us.

This is the dark ages for some living in SA and we have mouths to feed in our own homes.

So my take on this insurance and the company is a - 50% AND THEY SUCK!
