Worst Accommodation facility to stay at

My Husband, my 2 year old and myself were supposed to stay at this establishment from the 26th December 2019 - 7th January 2020. On arrival we were put into the wrong room (we paid for the bigger room only to get a small room), the bathroom including the shower was so dirty, our bedding was torn and the floors were full of sand. We were moved into our new room the following morning, to have the same experience there. the towels we were given were brown and damp, I had to buy a bucket for my daughter so that I could bath her in it.

On the 29th December when we returned from the day out we came back to not one single person at the guesthouse including the manager Rudi, our room had no hot water so I was unable to bath my child and the curtain fell off the wall almost hitting my daughter.

The morning of the 30th December my daughter became very ill, we decided to go out for the day only to end up rushing her to the Kingsway hospital to see the doctor there. I am not saying that the lack of cleanliness is what made her sick but I do not think it helped, we ended up leaving at 5pm on that same day. When my husband spoke with Rudi, he advised that Linda (The Owner) will be willing to give a refund given that we were leaving only 4 days into our stay.

I have since contact Linda as well as the website that we booked through Afristay and she is unwilling to do anything about it.
