Asambe Tour Club is not reliable

I've even paying for over 10yrs they deduct on my account. Now I need their service they send me from pillar to post. No one even their managers gives me straight answer about my booking. My worry is Dec is Pic time I might not get the venue for me and my family. Booking was made on the 13th June till to date no feedback or communication. When I email or call no one gives me answers
