Not happy with the service

I joined asambe travel in 2015 i was told i can go anywhere i want, come 2017 I wanted to go to Cape Town i was told flights and accommodations are expensive this time of the they gave some few options to choose from, and I didn't want to go where they me to go, and they don't respond you must keep calling them to check how far is the bookings the service is very poor
