Bad customer service

I joined Asambe in 2016 and have been paying R300 every month. I want to travel in dec with my family but they are making it difficult for me. I've been waiting on them to book me a place in Bela bela and the sad news is that they have not and they keep on telling me that they will call me and they never call. I've called them more than 10 times now but I'm not getting any help. This a bad service I'm seriously not happy. This is my money and I seriously want my money back as I'm not getting any joy from asambe
