Bad, bad, bad customer service

For the past month i have been calling Asambe Travel Club to check how far are they with booking accommodation for me and no one, i mean no one ever gets back to me. I call everyday and the lady that is supposed to be dealing with my booking, her line is forever busy and i must always leave my details with the lady at reception but no one gets back to me. Its been a month now. I'm really frustrated with their poor customer service, its they are doing me a favor and they debit my account every month without any problems, why should they give me problems when i now want to book for accommodation
