ARVIXE webhosting: No Mail support for more than 76 hours

<p>When lodging a ticket at a webhosting company as big as ARVIXE you at leas expect feedback on your ticket. No mail incoming or outgoing for more than 76 hours is in business and technology world a lifetime with damage that can not be measured.</p> <p>The only reply I received whas when I went on online chat, after holding for more than 7 minutes each and every time of the 12 times and all I could get was "thank your for your co-operation" and "the admins are working on this".</p> <p>That is not an answer I can repeat to my clients.</p> <p>76 hours counting, ARVIXE is not the hosting company of choice out there.</p>
