Worst experience at Arundo estate.

This is the worst estate I have ever lived in Centurion. The estate is managed by a lady by the name of Nomsa alongside 2 or 3 other men who all have no clue about what they are doing or what it takes to manage A sectional title scheme. All of these people come up with their own rules that do not make staying at the Estate hell. The security guards are some people who live in Oliven, they use the vehicle that is provided to them to patrol the estate to run their affairs as this vehicle can oftentimes be found at the Blue Valley shopping center. These security guards are Xenophobic and are often involved in making entering and leaving the premises very difficult for residents. The overall management of the estate is very unprofessional, the is no difference between the person staying in Oliven and a person staying there. I advise anybody who is considering renting or buying at this estate to think twice. Foreign nationals especially are targeted and do not receive any help from the estate management or security.
