It is all about the money

I have had previous dealings with Arturf at the end of 2017. It was not a good experience and after numerous e-mails and non-payment the matter was resolved to some degree of satisfaction.

Due to renovations I wanted the grass moved to another area and all the other brand names were not interested in doing it. I was forced to go back to team Arturf. After 3 quotes I finally managed to have them understand what I need and although not satisfied with the bottom-line I was not in a position to negotiate the price down.

On the day of installation the team arrived nearly 2 hours later than the latest time communicated. This was after numerous phone calls and finding out that they had an additional delivery before my job. When they finally arrived they were friendly but clearly not informed as to my requirements. I explained what I needed and they set off completing the job. The product is amazing and the team was efficient and cleaned up nicely.

I indicated on the job sheet that I had an issue with the call out fee. I was afterall one of atleast 2 and not even an Uber would cost me that much. I also observed the amount of material the staff used. Speaking to Qashiem I first inquired about the amount of silica sand that was on my quote as there were no measurement quantities on. According to him 3 bags should have been used. I only saw them using less than 1 x 25kg bag. The rest of the bag they took with them. His reaction to my inquiries was defensive and after I told him that I felt violated and that my money was ****** he became rude.

Second time and still no good experience. I know better now than to settle for a good product with limited service.
