Arturf worst grass compsny ever

The past 2 months I have been dealing with the worst customer service ever. I need repairs on my lawn and waited weeks for a site visit and quote. It was very high and requested they review it. Never heard back. I got another company which charge R3000 less with prompt response. They however need the same turf installed by Arturf for fill ins. Have been struggling to get them for a site visit to determine which turf I need to purchase and give me a quote for that. Still nothing. I have an option to take a sample and go to the factory 50 km from where I live just so I can get the job done. Never ever use them for your artificial lawns
