Shoddy workmanship, delays, false promises

Artsy Exclusive Designs specializes in custom made kids furniture.

I called them out to view my space and let them know what I would like. A few changes were made here and there along the way but nothing major. Kept checking in to see that Maude knew what I wanted. At the time of the call out I was told it took 10days fr the furniture to be ready.

It took well over a month. When the furniture came everything was wrong. From color, to specs, to size, to design. I ordered furniture for 3 bedrooms. I bit my tongue and accepted my boys furniture as is.

But my daughter's was ridiculous. The bed was too high she needed a stool to get on. It was impossible to make the bed. Her dressing table was fitted to the wall and her chair too low. They came to fix up the snags. Bed was lowered and dressing table dismounted and legs put on (as I was very specific on not having anything attached to the walls). Bear I'm mind i have damaged walls now. But then the dressing table was so high and 1 leg fell off. They promised to come back the next day to fix up. And I made payment. They never came back. This was in March and till now they keep sayin they coming tomorrow.

I eventually got it sorted at my own cost with someone else. There furniture is costly but the workmanship, finishing and painting is terrible and their service is even worse. They leave a huge mess behind when they come to deliver and fit the furniture.

I have never seen such disregard fr people as they have. Maude is pleasant and tries her best but her level of professionalism needs some work and she needs to manage the guys she gets to do her work.

I am extremely disappointed!! And will never recommend them to anyone.
