Poor Service

I purchased 2 solar panels through Art Solar website on 12/12/2019 and have been trying to get feedback with regards to collection at their JHB collection point evry business day since the order was placed with no response from their staff.

I have made multiple calls and spoken to their staff who promised someone will call me back but never do. I have emailed their sales mailing address with no response. Most appalling after sales service I have ever had and will definitely not deal with this business in the future
