Artsavingsclub to the rescue.

We wanted to buy an electric eraser for our grand-daughter's birthday and as we had no idea where to find one, plus the fact that we live in Gauteng and she is in the Cape, we went online. Found what we were looking for at Artsavingsclub and ( a bit wary as we had no idea who they were or what kind of service we could expect) placed the order. Payment was made by EFT and notification appeared that the order would only be dispatched once the cash was in their account. This was Thursday morning, and the birthday was only three days later, so as two different banks were involved, we thought the gift was going to arrive too late. We asked whether the delivery could possibly be made in tie, though without much hope.

We then received an email saying that although company policy was to wait for payment to show on their bank statement, they would make an exception because of the birthday and would dispatch the item immediately. That was yesterday (as I write) and delivery in Cape Town is expected today. Such impressive service. I am sure that we will use this company again with absolute confidence that their customers are getting attention and quality above and beyond the norm.
