Artplus never give me my money $12500

Artplus Martketing still owns me $12500 I paid them over and over to get my money I never saw a cent everytime there a payment to be made. Wallet address error on there side becomes my problem I paid the insurance on the delivery at DHL they wanted other amont of $430 .
