WORSE ATTITUDE

I was on Bid or buy yesterday and came across a make up kit which I thought was very affordable. So I purchase this item. I received confirmation from bid or buy as well as the suppliers details. I contacted the supplier this morning at 8am (business hours) and asked if he had received my order and payment and when I would receive my order. I could Bearly make out what he was saying so later in the morning I sent him a message. He called shouting at me saying that he told me when I called in the morning as soon as he received my payment he would ship my order. So I called bid or buy. They advised me that they have received my payment and the my order should be ship today. They said they would call the supplier and make sure everything is on track. Bid or buy called me back and assured me that my item will be delivered today. As soon as I put the phone down Artka Wholesalers called me. He called me stupid numerous times for calling bid or buy to complain about he's customer service, he shouted at me saying I called him while he was still asleep. And as far as I know business hours are between 8 and 5! He called me stupid again and put the phone down in my ear!! Im disgusted!
