They do not send merchandise or refunds

They do not even qualify for a one star. They have not sent my merchandise since April 11th. They refuse to give me a refund. I have many replies from my email of all lies. They claim lost in shipping, then they resent, then I must re order a different product. Refusal to refund my money and absolute ****. Do not purchase anything from this company.
