******* on refund

Ordered a shirt for $24.95. Plus $4.00 shipping. They informed me they don’t have the shirt in stock but to pick something else. I didn’t want anything else so I insisted on a refund. They refunded $24.94 but not the shipping for an item they never had or shipped. So they are making money off 1000’s $4 at a time
