Fails To Respond

Artistic Rock Creations in conjunction with Design Council built my swimming pool.<br> Since day one the solar has leaked, causing major water loss.<br> It seemed that Nathan had found the problem and installed a non-return valve.<br> The solar is once again leaking and Nathan does not reply to my various e-mails.<br> Quick to ask me to post my satisfaction, but fails to respond to complaints.
