Terrible service - be carefull before placing an order with them...

I place my order for masks online and paid immediately, this was on 26 April. Since then, they are unable to provide with an update on my order, they can't tell if my order was dispatched for delivery, they can't provide me with a tracking number for the courier service. The amount of excuses these people coming up with make me to wonder if this is a **** and I loosed almost R2 000. I don't say this is a ****, but there are much to wonder about. Three weeks after the order was placed and paid for and these people cannot provide any update on the order???????
